exchanges and returns

Our intention is to design quality products that meet your needs.  For that reason, all IPPOS products purchased directly from our Web site carry a complete satisfaction guarantee.  If, at any time within the first 15 days of receiving your product you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us for an exchange or refund. We apologize, but shipping charges on returned products cannot be refunded.  Custom orders and monogrammed orders are not returnable. For any returns or exchanges, the item must be unused and in its original condition.    Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s).
